To confirm your itinerary, full payment is required before reservations are finalized.
Once payment is received, Aurelian will proceed with securing hotels, tours, dining, transfers, and exclusive experiences on your behalf.
Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is completed.
All itineraries include a curated digital itinerary (PDF format) and a formal service agreement for your records.

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist. To protect the integrity of our service and commitments made on your behalf, the following applies to all bookings:
1. Itinerary Fee
The Aurelian itinerary planning fee (Luxury, Platinum, or Custom) is non-refundable.
2. Refundable Experiences
For all vendor bookings (hotels, transfers, guides, events, dining, etc.), Aurelian will process cancellations in accordance with each provider’s policy.
Of any amounts refunded by vendors, Aurelian retains 15% as a Cancellation Fee for the time and coordination invested.
The remaining funds will be returned directly to you once received from the vendor.
3. Non-Refundable Experiences
If a vendor does not permit refunds, that cost remains the responsibility of the client.
4. Transparency
Aurelian acts as your concierge and curator. All vendor policies are honored directly, and any refunds we secure are passed back to you (less the 15% Cancellation Fee).

Aurelian is not responsible for missed activities due to client tardiness, changes in personal schedules, or unforeseen travel disruptions.
Aurelian cannot be held liable for force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions) that may impact travel plans.
Clients agree to be punctual for all scheduled transfers, tours, and reservations.
By confirming an itinerary, clients acknowledge these terms and agree that Aurelian acts as a concierge and curator, not as the service provider for third-party experiences.
